AB The contribution analyses the course of changes at Palacky University in Olomouc and its Faculty of Education at the beginning of the normalization process. Above all attention is paid to the changes of personnel and internal structure at the Faculty of Education and to the consequences of these processes. The contribution also refers to different forms of persecution which affected some employees and the main factors which influenced the operation and administration of Palacky University in the period under review.
