Příspěvek k notářským instrumentům veřejného notáře Materny

V příspěvku jsme se zaměřili na zmapování veškeré produkce notářských instrumentů veřejného notáře s císařskou autorizací, Materny, jenž byl synem lékaře Martina z Kladska. Tento klerik pražské diecéze patřil mezi šest notářů pocházejících z oblasti Kladska.73 V období ohraničeném léty 1412 a 1421 zhotovil šest těchto specifických zástupců středověké diplomatiky.
Stať se Maternovým instrumentům věnuje jak z hlediska paleografického, tak diplomatického. V rámci diplomatického popisu jsme se neomezili pouze na vnější popis archiválií a jejich vnitřní obsah, ale analyzovali jsme též jednotlivé listinné formule, všímali si Maternova stylu a při komparaci napříč jeho produkcí zaznamenávali odchylky ve stereotypních částech instrumentů. Součástí studie je rovněž popis notářského znamení. Z hlediska budoucího výzkumu se nabízí obdobné porovnání s produkcí jiného notáře "imperiali auctoritate" z téhož období a to jak z kladské provenience, tak i z jiného teritoriálního celku.

A Contribution to the Notarial Instruments of Materna, a Notary Public

The paper maps out all the notarial instruments of Materna, an imperially authorized notary public and the son of the physician Martin of Kladsko. This cleric of the Prague diocese was one of the six notaries from the county of Kladsko. He wrote six of these specific texts of Medieval diplomacy between 1412 and 1421.
The paper studies Materna's instruments from the palaeographic and the diplomatic perspective. The diplomatic description includes both the external description of the archived material and its content and an analysis of the document formulas and Materna's style. The comparison of his entire production was focused on deviations in stereotypical parts of the instruments. The study also describes the notary's seal. Future research could compare the production of another notary - the "imperialiauctoritate" - from the same period and from Kladsko and another area.
